Cacao Inner Journeys

Here is an interesting article on how this can enhance the spiritual journey by  Keith Wilson a Spiritual Teacher who works with this. Keith's Bio:

For those unfamiliar with raw chocolate…  Cacao, “Food of the Gods”, has a rich history of sacred use with Meso-American cultures where it natively grows.  Why?

The tasty candy you know is missing the goodies.  Contemporary commercial chocolate processing removes 98% of the chemicals that alter consciousness… and removes the bioflavonoids that increase blood-flow to the brain more than 30%.  Chocolate hearts on Valentine’s Day?... The mass-consciousness understands that chocolate should open the heart.  

In Indigenous poetic language, chocolate translates as “heart blood”.  Although ceremonial details of how ancient cultures used chocolate are not known, I have found the Cacao Deva (the consciousness behind the chocolate form) truly willing to work with and contribute to contemporary inner process in a deeply cooperative and heart-centered way.  Opening or releasing energies on deeper levels is assisted for those who allow. 

And if you know cacao:  I work with the Devas to find the cacao beans that have a good balance of chemicals and energies for my work.  In Guatemala where I have been living, markets or dealers often have a dozen or more different beans – wild varieties, hybrids (a few of which have sufficient goodies), and always beans that have been improperly fermented or dried.   Over the last several years I have been buying wild-harvested native cacao a few hundred pounds at a time, often from the producers… and I’ve brought some Guatemalan cacao to England for my workshops.  I have limited experience with the raw cacao available here – some I’ve sampled is great!

Participants in these Cacao Inner Journeys will savor organic ritual chocolate potion – original goodies included.  Once beyond the novelty of having your brain flushed, we will enter a partnership between chocolate and your own handy resources, like guides and Higher Self.  A third influence present is my training in inner work.  The group will be guided in using chocolate’s ability to clear and open - physical to etheric - both the mental body / brain and the emotional body / heart.  Then individual attention will be given to assist you in your own personal journey.

You are invited to remember why chocolate was a Deity... invited to experience what was (and is in a few places) the spiritually expanding sacrament / drug of choice for Indigenous populations like the Mayans.  With Central and South American Indigenous Peoples, there are Chocolate Shamans.

Drink chocolate - get high - go deep.  This chocolate deepens meditative focus and presents a door… but doesn’t push you through it.  I work with your inner knowing of how to partner with these higher energies… and away we go!  Whether you and your Higher Self decide on the general direction of opening / connecting / expanding – or clearing / releasing at emotional body depth… or any of the inner child / pain body / fears / blocks… I follow you, assisting as guided. 

I usually begin these Chocolate Inner Journeys around mid-morning so that there are fewer full stomachs and sufficient time for the chocolate to wear off by bedtime.  I recommend going easy on the caffeine and having a light breakfast.  The process usually lasts about 5 hours and lunch is unnecessary.  Add another hour if we do the meditation discussed below before drinking the chocolate.  A potluck meal afterwards is great! 

Here, I am having fun sharing my 3 years of play with the chocolate consciousness… these workshops have just been snowballing!  International travel has its drawbacks without my Sweetheart Jan… however, she has become a delighted chocoholic… 

Cacao is certainly where the buzz is! 

What Else I Am Up To…

Most of my professional play is without the chocolate – working in individual and couples sessions, and with communities - whatever one wants to open, understand, or release.  Whatever is Up!  In partnership with Higher Self / Inner Knowing, where shall we go?  I gently assist people in going inside, into what is usually called the subconscious or unconscious, to change the energetic and belief patterns that generate the experience of reality.  

I have worked extensively with creative people to help them get out of their own way and open more of whatever is theirs.  I spend a lot of time with relationship issues.  And certainly, issues of healing and spiritual growth.  All those seemingly different manifestations of what one came into this life to move through.

I work within anyone’s belief system... no need to endorse mine.  I follow the person I work with.  Names used for this vary… ‘processing’, 'know thyself', ‘inner work’, or ‘working with your shadow’ cover parts.  I am oriented to practical results that change how one feels and the way they experience their own life. 

As long as your Soul is taking you there anyway, why not go with more elegance, prosperity, and expansion… and less pain and struggle?  With more density for us all to feel and release… how about allowing more assistance from your Higher Energies and a deeper partnership with your Unseen Friends / Guides?

And, an entire letter in itself…. I have a great response from Spiritual Relationship Workshops to help in understanding and allowing the educational magic we cannot escape but did not grow up with models for.  This experiential workshop is those models.  And is working within the understanding that the relationship arena is where we play out the deeper issues we came into this life to work with – our separation drama with God / Goddess.  At a certain point we are ready to move beyond those old scripts… though not through the rational mind.

The Glow Meditation:

For years I have been sharing a meditation that many pick up in a few seconds.  Often, those who have been in life-long practices in various systems delight in this way of being with their Light.  It is not for everyone… it requires an open heart / ability to feel and a willingness to drop doing - as in essence this meditation is experiencing ones Light Body (your Multidimensional Self that is in Oneness) on a feeling / energy level within the physical form.

This experience is an opening to effortless radiance where one overflows with delightful higher energies that are felt through every cell.  Not about mind; not beyond mind; not just heart – with your whole being.  This is not something learned with the rational mind… do bring this mind along to watch - find out if abundant Light makes it easier to do your inner processing, slow the mind, open the heart, and allow more of whatever dings your dinger.

As a practice of Higher Dimensional partnership, one fills with / basks in the light, and whatever is next comes up – one block, one expansion at a time – or take what you are working with into this Presence.  This energy is also totally directable through intent… send it anywhere!  I know people who simply use the Glow as a way to recharge, center, and de-stress… deep, fast and easy.

Behind all this an understanding that in a free-will universe, God / Goddess cannot change anything – as that would violate our free-will.  However, beings of light can get themselves bodies and as lanterns bring catalytic Light into this dimension.  A resonance for reality shifting… since we are hard-wired for this, it is joyously effortless.

When I see the radiant grin on a face… when even the toes are shining Light… when they know that this energy is both who they really are, and also felt as the Light of Source Herself - a taste of Oneness - then they are available to transmit it to others.

I hear from many experienced meditators that they adopt this as their method of choice, or blend it with their practice.  I often wake up in it.  Being in the Glow is easy while walking, doing simple tasks, in conversation, or with many creative activities.  Effortless radiance is a delightful resonance, and it alters the reflection outside called reality. 

Yes… go to Glow to change the reality you are experiencing through changing your causal vibration.  The Glow helps keep you centered and conscious enough to more often choose the highest good – to better remain energetically transparent (as opposed to protected) and to detach from the scripts we all know so well. 

Being with someone in, say, dump or blame can be a different experience… for both!  Your radiant glowing helps them to move out of the loop they are caught in.  The effect is often immediate, and helps one understand that in “you create your own reality”.... there is no fine print.  Enjoy!

…I remember the front-piece of an old English cookbook that said: “Love is not only the most important ingredient; it is the only ingredient that really matters.”  May I suggest the Glow in the kitchen…

And for those into feeling to the bottom and releasing their inner density, the Glow helps you into those places as easily as you allow.  Your partnership with Angels / Guides / Goddess blends easily on this frequency to assist.  Saves playing it out in external objectifications as drama!  I teach this work.
