 Facilitating Alignment of Mind , Body and Spirit to stimulate the inner creator, to bring about healing and transformation.
Metaphysical healing works on the three levels, mind, body and spirit. These are the first three-fold of man, when these are in alignment, healing and transformation takes place. The ability to manifest also becomes easier. From this alignment, a portal can open which can take you onto the next level of your spiritual journey, in line with your soul's invitation.
Each individual session will work on the mind, body and spirit. A number of techniques will be used, as listed below. I work intuitively with the client, and will use techniques that are appropriate for the client .
- Using dialogue to discuss thoughts as energy, and their influence on wellbeing.
- Metaphysical counselling with clients to identify core issues
- Working with clients to facilitate awareness of their true being.
- Facilitating the identification of negative beliefs, and limitations that may be causing illness, repeat patterns or inhibiting certain areas of life from moving forward.
- Facilitating metaphysical manifestations.
- In between sessions, giving the client affirmations, and metaphysical feedback to facilitate change.
- Working with the client on the metaphysical causes of illness, and healing thoughts, to activate the healing process.
- Balancing the chakras using sound healing, tibetan healing bowls and tuning forks.
- Hands on healing to heal and restore peace and harmony to the physical body.
- Using dowsing, chakra breathing and colour to facilitate the healing process.
- Advice to clients on how to do self healing in between sessions, to facilitate own healing.
- Interactive healing sessions with client.
- Holding a strong energetic space and use of transmission to facilitate change.
- Meditation to heal and create alignments with source
- Use of symbols from sacred geometry, alchemy and my own to increase energetic alignments, healing and manifestations.
- Initiations, eg reiki attunements
- Giving support, assistance and advice on each person’s journey.
The cost of an individual session which lasts 1-1/2 hours is £45.
The session includes written feedback to clients.
