As I gaze at the sea, I acknowledge the existence of something else. The wide expansive watery landscape seems to have no end. The range of colours reflect against the sun, like a mirror, reflecting back natures beauty. I dissolve into the infinity of its vastness. There is an infinite intelligence, a large creative energy, which creates the beauty of nature all around us. As the waves move to and fro, they seem to be pulled like a magnet, gently falling on the sand before me. My gaze connects with this magnetic force of nature. As I connect, I have a sense and feeling of peace and oneness, in this existence there is nothing that I cannot do or achieve.  

As I connect, I realise that all thoughts are energy, and that there are no limitations, thoughts create our reality, energy follows thoughts.

In my stillness, I recognise that there is no lack or scarceness, the universe provides me with everything that I need. Like the waves, abundance is ever flowing and ever moving. As I enter a sense of alignment, I connect and flow with the unlimited abundance of the universe.

I let go and dissolve into the essence of my being, and let go to the creative flow of abundance.

I am grateful and give thanks, and so it is.
